The Urban (Adults Only) Hotel San Francisco

Pleasant hotel, it offers very good services and unbeatable location close to Union Square, Chinatown.

Impeccably clean hotel with a nice lobby. The rooms were compact & brand-new with shared bathroom.

overall it was individual with double bed. we had a really nice experience.

The accommodation was pretty standard with accommodating staff.

Facilities were clean, but Wi-Fi connection was slow.

It's hip new place to stay 1 km away from My Heart. The staff is affable, they ensure you have a perfect time here.

The place was minimal and pleasant and the staff were fast, the location was easy right across Chinatown. I really enjoyed the room with towels, my bed was very comfy. Good service during my wonderful stay.

Contemporary place, it was reasonably clean and had competent staff at the reception desk.

staff were very amicable, with extra attention to the details. prime location in a fantastic area. the food was good, tasty. gorgeous garden and lovely pool area.

I enjoyed that the reception was outstanding. Fresh food combined with fantastic service. Glad that the weather was pleasant, so I could enjoy its incredible pool.

I liked almost every detail. It was a wonderful area, an excellent base for me. And it also had lovely view. The staff were SWEET and tried to make the stay terrific. Breakfast was free, plenty of gorgeous food. Mixed drinks at outdoor bar, excellent service.

The staff are warm, the breakfast is FREE and the location is friendly.

Hotel was business, I liked it. Spectacular location, responsive staff, really very comfy bed. My guest room was common and immaculate. Great breakfast, amazing service. They had a smooth check-in too. Furthermore, the parking was on site and convenient.

In general, the hotel was very clean. We had a single room, and we appreciated it. Found e & o kitchen and bar with perfect drinks 500 feet away. Great place for a 3-night stay.

The bed was tiny.

stayed at the double room with a rooftop terrace. the restaurant was located within 800 feet.
